1이에 솔로몬이 여호와의 언약궤를 다윗 성 곧 시온에서 메어 올리고자 하여 이스라엘 장로와 모든 지파의 두목 곧 이스라엘 자손의 족장들을 예루살렘 자기에게로 소집하니
1Then Solomon assembled the elders of Israel, and all the heads of the tribes, the princes of the fathers’ households of the children of Israel, to king Solomon in Jerusalem, to bring up the ark of the covenant of Yahweh out of the city of David, which is Zion.
2이스라엘 모든 사람이 다 에다님월 곧 칠월 절기에 솔로몬 왕에게 모이고
2All the men of Israel assembled themselves to king Solomon at the feast, in the month Ethanim, which is the seventh month.
3이스라엘 장로들이 다 이르매 제사장들이 궤를 메니라
3All the elders of Israel came, and the priests took up the ark.
4여호와의 궤와 회막과 성막 안의 모든 거룩한 기구들을 메고 올라가되 제사장과 레위 사람이 그것들을 메고 올라가매
4They brought up Yahweh’s ark, and the Tent of Meeting, and all the holy vessels that were in the Tent; even these the priests and the Levites brought up.
5솔로몬 왕과 그 앞에 모인 이스라엘 회중이 저와 함께 궤 앞에 있어 양과 소로 제사를 드렸으니 그 수가 많아 기록할 수도 없고 셀 수도 없었더라
5King Solomon and all the congregation of Israel, who were assembled to him, were with him before the ark, sacrificing sheep and cattle, that could not be counted nor numbered for multitude.
